In order to nominate or be nominated:

  • Email (poulaphoucapitchandputt@gmail.com) the Secretary of the person being nominated with:

    • Name

    • Contact details

    • PPI Reg Number

    • Position

    • Details if they have served on the committee before or not

    • If you are self nominating or nominating on behalf of someone else

  • You must be a fully registered member with the club for at least 1 year in order to be nominated.

  • All nominations received will be treated as confidential and those running will be declared upon close of nominations at the AGM.

  • A member may nominate themselves at the AGM.

  • A nominee may withdraw their nomination at the prior to or at AGM.
